This organisation exists to provide care and assistance to the families of children under the care of the Royal Brompton and Harefield Trust for severe, often life threatening, heart and lung problems.

Little Hearts Matter offers support and information, and raises awareness of those affected when a child has only half a heart, due to conditions such as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), Pulmonary Atresia, Tricuspid Atresia or Double Inlet Ventricle.

Tiny Tickers is an independent, international charity, based in the UK which focuses on heart disease that develops before birth (i.e. fetal or congenital heart disease). They are concerned with improving the detection, care and treatment of heart problems in babies, before birth and around the time of birth (known as the antenatal and perinatal periods).
