TWF is not a registered charity but collects the majority of its fundraising via recognised routes (Just Giving. Virgin Giving, etc) and thus funds raised are distributed immediately to the following  charities which provide truely amazing care to kids and families.

The charities listed below help children with heart conditions and those with terminal illnesses. Also listed are organisations that provide services to parents and families who have suffered the death of a child. Theo's fund has distributed or raised money for a number of these charities.

 
The Brompton Fountain (Reg charity no.1110339)

This organisation exists to provide care and assistance to the families of children under the care of the Royal Brompton and Harefield Trust for severe, often life threatening, heart and lung problems.

  

Heartline Association (Reg charity no.295803)

A voluntary organisation set up to offer help and support to families of children with heart disorders regardless of how slight or severe the condition may be.

  

 

 

Children's Heart Federation (no. 1120557)

CHF aims to improve the quality of life of children and young people living with congenital and acquired heart disease by providing information and working to gain recognition of their needs and ensure adequate resources are available to meet them.

 

     

Little Hearts Matter (Reg charity No.1123290)

Little Hearts Matter offers support and information, and raises awareness of those affected when a child has only half a heart, due to conditions such as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), Pulmonary Atresia, Tricuspid Atresia or Double Inlet Ventricle.

 
     

Tiny Tickers Ltd (Reg charity No. 1078114)

Tiny Tickers is an independent, international charity, based in the UK which focuses on heart disease that develops before birth (i.e. fetal or congenital heart disease). They are concerned with improving the detection, care and treatment of heart problems in babies, before birth and around the time of birth (known as the antenatal and perinatal periods).

Chase supports families in their own homes and communities and at their children's hospice, Christopher's.

The trust supports research, innovation and treatment of heart and lung disease.

    
     

Sands (Reg charity no. 299679)

The 'Stillbirth and neonatal death charity' supports anyone that has been affected by the death of a baby and promoting research to prevent the loss of babies' lives.

 
 
     

Child Bereavement Charity (Reg charity no. 1040419)

The UK's leading charity that supports families and educates professionals both when a child dies and when a child is bereaved.
